PCRs are the mandatory documentation of the exact contents and condition of a property. Conducted at the start of a tenancy as evidence and documentation of the condition of the property prior to the tenancy commencing. The PCR is the most crucial tool in holding the tenant accountable. Word Doc Option:

Reports are delivered in a Word Doc format. The corresponding dated photographs are uploaded into a portal system where they will remain until you wish to delete the them. This brings some peace and mind knowing that you will never lose any photographs that could provide key evidence into a cleanliness or defect dispute.
